A mother has made history after giving birth to a set of twins in two different years.
The mother identified as Fatima Madrigal made this historical childbirth after giving birth to one of her twins in 2021 and the other in 2022.

Madrigal who is based in the United States welcomed one twin in December and the other in January.
According to a report obtained from the Insider;
Twin Alfredo Antonio Trujillo was born at 11:45 pm while the other twin Aylin Yolanda Trujillo was born at exactly 12 midnight on January 1, 2022. The twins were reported to have been born 15 minutes apart.
The second twin was the first baby to be born at the Natividad Medical Center and in Monterey County in 2022.

In a statement released by the hospital on Facebook, Alfredo weighed 6 pounds, 1 ounce. However, his twin and younger sister weighed about 5 pounds, 14 ounces.
“It’s crazy to me that they are twins and have different birthdays,” the excited mom said.
The fraternal twins of Fatima Madrigal join three older siblings two girls and a boy.
The mother-of-five said her oldest son was excited to meet the newborns since one of them was a boy.
Dr Ana Abril Arias, a medical doctor at the hospital was also excited about this delivery.

Arias said, “this was definitely one of the most memorable deliveries of my career.”
“It was an absolute pleasure to help these little ones arrive here safely in 2021 and 2022. What an amazing way to start the New Year!”
Natividad Medical Center is located in Salinas, California, and was founded in 1886.
