In the latest health news in Nigeria, there have been 8 additional COVID-19 deaths in Nigeria. The number of deaths has increased to 2968.

Kaduna State recorded the highest number of COVID-19 in Nigeria cases. three other states recorded about 20 new cases. This was the update released by the Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Monday, November 15.

Kaduna State leads with a record of 9 new cases. Katsina and Lagos State follows with four new cases each. FCT follows with a record of three new cases.

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control said the record of 20 new COVID-19 infections increased the number of infections in the country. Nigeria has now recorded 213,147.

However, the NCDC reports a record of 205,732 COVID-19 patients who have recovered and have been discharged.
