Lagos State recorded the highest number of COVID-19 in Nigeria cases. 15 states recorded about 432 new cases.
The Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) reported on Thursday, January 13.

The record of 21 COVID-19 related deaths reported on December 25, 2021, remains the highest in recent time.
Lagos State leads with a record of 163 new cases.
Rivers State follows with a close record of 109 confirmed new cases.
Imo State follows with a distant record of 27 new cases.

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control said these new cases increased the number of cases to 248, 732.
The total number of deaths is currently 3,092.
Active cases: 25,655.
However, the NCDC reports a record of 220,839 COVID-19 patients who have recovered and have been discharged.
