Lagos State recorded the highest number of COVID-19 in Nigeria cases. 8 states and the FCT recorded about 48 new cases.
The Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) released this update on Friday, February 11.

The record of 21 COVID-19 related deaths reported on December 25, 2021, remains the highest in recent time.
Lagos State leads with a record of 15 new cases.
Cross River State follows with a not-too-distant record of 12 confirmed new cases.
The FCT follows with a close record of 8 new cases.

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control said these new cases increased the number of cases to 253, 923.
The total number of deaths is currently 3,139.
Active cases:Â 20,491.
However, the NCDC reports a record of 230,293 COVID-19 patients who have recovered and have been discharged.
