Yobe State recorded the highest number of COVID-19 in Nigeria cases. 3 states and the FCT recorded about 36 new cases.
The Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) released this update on Monday, March 14.

The record of 21 COVID-19 related deaths reported on December 25, 2021, remains the highest in recent time.
Yobe State leads with a record of 36 new cases.
Lagos State follows with a distant record of 3 confirmed new cases.
The FCT joins with a record of 2 new cases.

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control said these new cases increased the number of cases to 254, 989.
The total number of deaths is 3,142.

However, the NCDC reports a record of 249, 372 COVID-19 patients who have recovered and have been discharged.
