Lagos State recorded the highest number of COVID-19 in Nigeria cases. 4 states and the FCT recorded about 33 new cases.
The Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) released this update on Friday, March 11.

The record of 21 COVID-19 related deaths reported on December 25, 2021, remains the highest in recent time.
Lagos State leads with a record of 33 new cases.
Rivers State follows with a distant record of 6 confirmed new cases.
Imo State joins with a record of 3 new cases.

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control said these new cases increased the number of cases to 254, 894.
The total number of deaths is 3,142.
Active cases:Â 2,412.
However, the NCDC reports a record of 249, 326 COVID-19 patients who have recovered and have been discharged.

Again, the agency has lauded the activities of the National Emergency Operations Centre.
