The record of 26 COVID-19 related deaths reported on October 25 still remains the highest in recent time.
Lagos State leads with a massive record of 1552 new cases. The FCT follows with a distant record of 197 confirmed new cases.
Edo State follows with 155 new cases.

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control said these new cases increased the number of cases to 227,297.
The total number of deaths is currently 2, 989.
Active cases: 12,547.
However, the NCDC reports a record of 211,761 COVID-19 patients who have recovered and have been discharged.

Again, the agency has lauded the activities of the National Emergency Operations Centre.
